These Terms & Conditions apply when you book a showreel review service through [Your Business Name] ("we", "us", "our").
By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. Service Description
We provide a service where you submit your animation showreel, and we deliver detailed written feedback. You may also choose to allow us to record a video review that we may publish for promotional purposes (see section 6).
2. Booking & Payment

Booking is confirmed once full payment is made via our website.

You will be asked to upload your showreel (max. 2 minutes in length).

We will contact you within 3 business days to confirm whether your upload was successful and provide an estimated delivery time for your review.

3. Showreel Requirements

Showreels must not exceed 2 minutes.

If your submission is longer, we reserve the right to cancel the service.

In that case, you will receive a 50% refund of the amount paid.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

This service is non-refundable, including if:

You change your mind after purchase.

You are unhappy with the feedback received.

You acknowledge and agree that by booking the service, we may begin work before the 14-day cancellation period ends.

You waive your right to cancel once we begin work on your review.
Note: If we are unable to deliver the service due to issues on our end, a full refund will be issued.
5. Our Right to Decline or Cancel
We reserve the right to:

Refuse service if the submitted content is inappropriate or outside the scope of our review criteria.

Cancel the order if the showreel exceeds 2 minutes (see section 3).

In either case, you will be informed, and a partial or full refund will be issued as applicable.

6. Use of Showreels for Promotional Video Reviews (Optional)
If you select the option during checkout, you agree to allow us to:

Create a video version of your review.

Publish the video (including your showreel or excerpts) on our social media platforms or website to promote our services.
You retain ownership of your original work. We will not claim copyright but reserve the right to use the submitted video for marketing purposes if consent is given.
7. Intellectual Property
All written and video feedback we provide remains our intellectual property.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or republish any part of our feedback, in any format, without our express written permission.
If you have agreed to a video review:

We retain full rights to that video and its contents.

You may not upload the video to your own channels or platforms (e.g. YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Vimeo).

You may share or repost the video only via links or embeds from our official uploads (e.g. sharing the YouTube link or social media post we published).
We reserve the right to request removal if the video is re-uploaded without our permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee outcomes or career success based on our feedback. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
11. Misrepresentation of Age and Parental Consent
This service is intended for individuals aged 18 and over.
By booking this service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you have obtained permission from a parent or legal guardian.
If you are under 18 and wish to use this service, you must not complete the booking form. Instead, please email us at info@jollyfoxstudio.com to request a Parental Consent Form. The completed form must be returned before we can proceed with the service.
If we discover that a booking has been made by someone under 18 without the appropriate consent, we reserve the right to:

Cancel or suspend the service without refund,

Refuse further communication or delivery of feedback,

Delete any personal data collected, in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
We are not responsible for any consequences arising from the submission of false or misleading information during the booking process.
