Booking Agreement

By booking an Animate & Sip workshop with Jolly Fox Studio, you confirm that you:

• Are aged 18 years or over.

• Have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions, the Cancellation & Refund Policy, and the Privacy Policy.

• Will follow the instructions given during the workshop to help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
   

 

Terms & Conditions

 

Age Requirement

Animate & Sip workshops are strictly for participants aged 18 years or over.
 

 

Arrival

Please arrive 10 minutes before the advertised start time to allow time for check-in and to ensure the workshop begins promptly. Late arrivals may miss the introductory demonstration, as the workshop will start on time.
 

 

What to Bring

Please bring:

• A fully charged smartphone or tablet.

• The free Stop Motion Studio app already downloaded and installed.

All clay, animation equipment and workshop materials are provided.
 

 

Food & Drink

Workshops are held in pubs and cafés where drinks and food are available to purchase directly from the venue. Food and drinks are not included in the workshop ticket price.
 

 

Your Belongings

Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings, including phones and tablets. Jolly Fox Studio accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or accidental damage to personal property.
 

 

Behaviour

Everyone is welcome, and we aim to create a relaxed and inclusive environment. Please be respectful of other participants, the venue and the workshop equipment. Anyone whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe or inappropriate may be asked to leave without a refund.
 

 

Workshop Content

Participants retain ownership of the clay characters and stop motion animations they create during the workshop.
 

 

Photography & Filming

Photos and short videos may be taken during workshops for use on the Jolly Fox Studio website, social media and other promotional material.

When booking, you'll be asked to choose one of the following:

• Happy to appear in photos and videos.

• Prefer not to appear in any photos or videos.

Your preference will always be respected.
 

 

Cancellation & Refund Policy

As workshop places are limited and materials are prepared in advance, the following cancellation policy applies.

 

If you need to cancel

• 14 days or more before your workshop: Full refund.

• Less than 14 days before your workshop: Unfortunately, refunds cannot be offered.

If you can no longer attend, you're welcome to transfer your booking to a friend or family member free of charge. Simply email Jolly Fox Studio with their name and email address before the workshop.

If there is a waiting list and your place can be filled, a refund may be offered at Jolly Fox Studio's discretion.
 

 

If Jolly Fox Studio needs to cancel

If a workshop has to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, illness, venue issues or low attendance, you'll be offered either:

• A full refund; or

• A transfer to another available workshop.

Jolly Fox Studio cannot accept responsibility for travel, accommodation or any other expenses incurred as a result of a cancelled workshop.
 

 

Late Arrivals & No-Shows

Please arrive 10 minutes before the workshop begins.

The workshop will start on time. If you arrive late, refunds cannot be given for any missed part of the session.

If you do not attend your booked workshop without prior notice, your booking will be treated as a no-show and no refund or transfer will be offered.

Terms & Conditions

Jolly Fox Studio Workshops

By booking a workshop with Jolly Fox Studio, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Workshop Bookings

• Workshop places are limited and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

• A booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received.

• The person making the booking is responsible for providing accurate participant information.

• For children’s workshops, a parent or guardian must complete any required participant information and emergency contact details before the workshop begins.
  
   

2. Workshop Requirements

• Workshop details, including age suitability, location, date and time, will be provided at the time of booking.

• For Clay Stop-Motion Animation Workshops, each child must bring their own fully charged smartphone or tablet with the free Stop Motion Studio app already downloaded and installed before attending.

• Participants are responsible for bringing any required personal equipment stated in the workshop information.
  
   

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking, please contact Jolly Fox Studio as soon as possible.

• Cancellations made 14 days or more before the workshop date are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations made less than 14 days before the workshop date are non-refundable.

• Workshop places are non-transferable and cannot be transferred to another person or another workshop date.

• Missed sessions or non-attendance are non-refundable.
  
   

4. Workshop Cancellation by Jolly Fox Studio

In the unlikely event that Jolly Fox Studio needs to cancel a workshop, customers will be offered a full refund or an alternative arrangement where appropriate.

Jolly Fox Studio is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by customers, such as travel expenses or accommodation.

 

5. Children’s Workshops and Supervision

• Children’s workshops are drop-off sessions unless otherwise stated.

• Parents/guardians are responsible for providing accurate emergency contact information and any relevant medical, allergy or support information.

• Parents/guardians are responsible for safe drop-off and collection arrangements.

• Children must follow instructions and behave respectfully towards other participants, staff, venues and equipment.
  
   

6. Safety and Materials

• Jolly Fox Studio takes reasonable steps to ensure workshops are safe and suitable for participants.

• Some activities may involve tools or materials that require careful use, including scissors, craft tools, needles, wire and wire cutters where applicable.

• Participants must follow safety instructions provided during the workshop.

• Jolly Fox Studio reserves the right to stop a participant from taking part in an activity if their behaviour creates a safety risk.
  
   

7. Photography and Video

• Photos and videos may only be taken for promotional purposes where appropriate consent has been provided.

• No participant images will be used publicly without the required permission.

• Consent can be withdrawn by contacting Jolly Fox Studio.

8. Personal Information

• Information collected during booking and registration is used only for workshop administration, communication, safety and safeguarding purposes.

• Personal information will be handled responsibly and not shared unnecessarily with third parties.

9. Personal Belongings

Jolly Fox Studio is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings brought to workshops.

 

10. Workshop Changes

Jolly Fox Studio reserves the right to make reasonable changes to workshop content, materials, venue or timings when necessary.

Any significant changes will be communicated where possible.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a workshop with Jolly Fox Studio, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
